Enameled Copper Clad Aluminum Wire ( ECCA wire) is a new type of electromagnetic wire that uses copper clad aluminum material as the inner conductor. Its properties lie between those of copper and aluminum, combining copper's excellent electrical conductivity with aluminum's lightweight advantage, significantly reducing the cost of electrical winding. The surface is entirely made of pure copper, overcoming aluminum's drawbacks such as easy oxidation, corrosion, and difficulty in welding. The company owns over 100 advanced pieces of equipment, including high speed drawing machines, vacuum continuous annealing furnaces, and enamel coating machines. Additionally, it has introduced a series of advanced testing instruments such as direct weldability testers, automatic rebound test machines, voltage testers, and enamel dielectric loss meters to ensure strict quality control at every production stage and prior to shipment. Currently, the company produces 9,600 tons of enamel wire annually.
