Copper Clad Aluminum Magnesium (CCAM) Wire is a lightweight conductor made by metallurgically bonding a high-purity copper layer to an aluminum-magnesium alloy core. It combines excellent electrical conductivity, good tensile strength, and superior corrosion resistance while offering significant weight and cost savings compared to solid copper wire. CCAM wire is widely used in the cable and wire industry where reduced weight and reliable performance are required.


CCAM  wire used the most  advanced welding and copper plating  process to produce, copper layer used 99.9% purity copper with high density and better conductivity. And ours metallurgical bonding technique assures that the copper cladding is evenly distributed around the Aluminum magnesium coil along the wire for excellent concentricity. Mechanical properties accord with US ASTMB566-93  Standard.
